Tracy Genenbacher

Tracy was born and raised right outside of Quincy.  She is a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School and went on to receive her Bachelors degree in Business Management from Quincy University.

After several years of sales experience, Tracy joined AdForce Advertising Agency in November 2004.  She started T-Force Marketing in January of 2021.   Tracy works very closely with local and regional businesses to assist them with their marketing efforts.  She resides in rural Camp Point with her husband, Marvin and their four children:  Isaac, Elijah, Agnes & Iris.   When Tracy is not on the bleachers supporting her children, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and entertaining guests, going for walks and traveling.  

Laura Meyer

Laura grew up in Adams County and graduated from Liberty High School.  She then attended John Wood Community College and graduated from Quincy University with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  She went on to earn her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from William Woods University. After spending 17 years in education, Laura decided it was time for a change and started working for her husband as office manager for Meyer Premium Beef and Meyer Farms.  In addition to this, Laura serves on Adams Electric Cooperative's board of directors, as well as the Liberty School Board.


Laura and her husband live in Adams County with their two boys.  She loves to go boating and is an avid reader.

Janice McCleary

Marketing Project Specialist

Janice grew up in Adams County and graduated from Quincy Senior High School. She received
her B.A. in Education from Illinois State University and her M.A. in Education from Western
Illinois University. Janice has taught for 20 years at various levels, including both elementary
and high school. She has also spent 15 years teaching high school and college business and
computer courses.
Janice and her husband live in Liberty along with their two daughters, where they help as much
as they can on the family farm. They enjoy family vacations and are always up for a road trip.
